• Allocation of orders to shipping lines and vessels within the agreed allocations.  
• Liaise with customer service, customs, transport companies
• Organise timely vessel booking with carriers 
• Ensure all cargo movements comply with legal requirements 
• Produce weekly dispatch plan for export and domestic movements. 
• Produce export and domestic summary report each month.  
• Oversee the booking of containers and the creation of EDN’s.  
• Produce a weekly summary stock-on-hand report for each warehouse   
•  Prepare all freight invoices for authorization on excel spreadsheet
